Everything we do, however small or great, has an impact on ourselves and on the world around us. I approach each day with this thought in mind. As a physical therapist, I focus on helping each person to accomplish all those small and not so small goals that are important to each individual. I believe that teaching people how to improve their quality of life-no matter what that picture might be-and empowering them to be a proactive part of their treatment process helps generate successful long term management and return to what brings joy to living each day.
