“I don’t believe in age, I believe in energy. Don’t let age dictate what you can and cannot do.”

I believe that movement and the quality of that movement is directly correlated to our quality of life. The ability to interact meaningfully with the world around us, through movement, with our family and friends, and to pursue what sets our soul on fire is the greatest gift we have.
As a physical therapist, it is a privilege to guide each person I work with to move and interact more meaningfully in their lives, whatever that may look like. Whether that means completing a 100-mile race, getting back to work, or playing with grandchildren, it is all equally important, and meaningful.
